Noro
A forward-thinking enterprise website for Noro, connecting global teams through life-size telepresence portals with the presence of being in the same room.
The Challenge
Noro sells life-size telepresence portals to enterprises weighing up alternatives to video conferencing. The technology is unusual enough that a buyer has to understand it before they can want it, and the audience is enterprise decision-makers who are sceptical by default. The site had to make an unfamiliar product immediately legible and credible, without leaning on the jargon that makes enterprise technology sites interchangeable.

Our Approach
We balanced technical credibility with human warmth. The product is about presence and connection, so a purely specification-led site would have undersold it, while a purely emotional one would not have survived enterprise scrutiny. We built the structure around proof: real outcomes first, then the technology behind them, then a low-friction way to experience it in person.

The Solution
Interactive product showcases carry the explanation, so visitors understand what a portal actually does before they reach a specification. Testimonial-led sections put customer outcomes ahead of feature lists, and a design system built to feel as innovative as the product keeps the visual language consistent across 24 screens. A streamlined demo booking flow gives an interested buyer one obvious next step.

Impact
Delivered in eight weeks across 24 screens. The site gives Noro an enterprise-ready narrative that leads with outcomes rather than specifications, and routes qualified interest into a demo booking rather than a generic contact form.
