Acceptance of Terms
By engaging De Studio for any services whether through our website, email, or any other channel, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not proceed with our services.
Services Provided
De Studio provides website design, web development, CMS integration, and related digital services. The exact scope of work, timelines, and deliverables for each project are agreed upon in writing via a project proposal or contract prior to commencement.
Client Responsibilities
Clients are responsible for providing accurate project requirements, timely feedback, and any content or assets required to complete the project. Delays caused by late or incomplete input from the client may affect agreed timelines without any liability to De Studio.
Intellectual Property
Upon receipt of full payment, all custom design and code produced by De Studio for a project is transferred to the client. De Studio retains the right to display completed work in its portfolio unless otherwise agreed in writing. Third-party assets remain subject to their respective licences.
Payment Terms
Payment schedules are outlined in the project proposal. A deposit is typically required before work begins. Remaining payments are due as specified in the agreed schedule. De Studio reserves the right to pause or withhold deliverables until outstanding invoices are settled.
Confidentiality
Both parties agree to keep confidential any proprietary or sensitive information shared during the course of the project. This obligation survives the completion or termination of any agreement between the parties.
Limitation of Liability
De Studio's total liability for any claim arising out of or related to our services shall not exceed the total amount paid by the client for the specific project in question. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages of any kind.
Governing Law
These Terms of Service shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable laws. Any disputes arising from these terms shall first be attempted to be resolved amicably between both parties.
